NON-NEGOTIABLE BOUNDARIES

No advice. No public offer. No automatic access.

Opportunity visibility is not an offer, recommendation, solicitation, or suitability determination.
Research distinguishes public facts, analyst inference, and unresolved diligence questions.
Membership, payment, or application status does not create an investment right, allocation, introduction, or document entitlement.
Project-room access is project-specific, time-limited, revocable, and separately approved.
Users remain responsible for independent legal, tax, accounting, financial, technical, and jurisdictional advice.

Use the platform for its stated purpose.

Users must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, respect access restrictions, and use materials only for authorized evaluation. Scraping private records, sharing credentials, bypassing controls, republishing restricted materials, misrepresenting Aryalok approval, or using the platform unlawfully is prohibited.

ACCESS Aryalok may deny, suspend, expire, or revoke access where information is incomplete, controls are breached, or participation no longer meets platform standards.

CONTENT Public and private materials may be incomplete, time-sensitive, supplied by third parties, or subject to continuing review.

OWNERSHIP Aryalok platform design, research organization, and original materials remain protected. Submitters retain rights they lawfully hold in their own materials.

PRIVACY

Collect less. Separate access. Record purpose.

Aryalok collects information supplied through applications, authenticated profiles, project workflows, research review, support, and security logs. Information is used to review participation, operate accounts, secure the platform, administer access, respond to rights requests, and meet legal obligations.

CONTROL Private investor, developer, project, document, and relationship records are not public directories.

SHARING Information is shared only with authorized personnel, approved service providers, professional advisers, or authorities where lawfully required.

RIGHTS Authenticated users may request access, correction, or deletion review. Completion may be limited by legal holds, security needs, or required retention.

DATA RETENTION

Records follow purpose and control.

Application, membership, project, consent, suppression, security, document-access, and approval records are assigned retention classes. Aryalok removes or de-identifies records when their approved purpose expires unless continued retention is required for security, disputes, audit, legal obligations, or suppression preferences.

APPLICATIONS Review submissions are retained for the disclosed review period unless a shorter lawful deletion request is approved.

SECURITY Audit and access evidence may be retained separately from editable profile content.

SUPPRESSION A minimal hashed record may remain to honour a do-not-contact or deletion instruction.

COOKIES AND MEASUREMENT

Essential operation first.

The private platform uses essential session and security cookies for authentication, request protection, and access control. Non-essential analytics, advertising, and cross-site tracking are not required for account access and must not be enabled without an appropriate consent and disclosure process.

SESSION Authentication cookies are secure, restricted, and unavailable to browser scripts.

CHOICE Optional measurement must remain separable from essential platform operation.

CONNECTORS Email, social, calendar, payment, and outreach integrations remain separately controlled.

ACCESSIBILITY

Designed for equivalent access.

Aryalok supports keyboard navigation, visible focus, semantic headings, labelled controls, reduced-motion preferences, readable contrast, and screen-reader names across public and private surfaces.

ASSISTANCE Users may request an alternative format or report an access barrier through the reviewed intake process.

IMPROVEMENT Accessibility issues are treated as product defects and prioritized according to impact.

VOICE Voice assistance, when available, is opt-in and cannot replace the standard interface.

Independent diligence remains essential.

Aryalok does not verify every third-party statement, guarantee an outcome, hold client funds, execute investments, or act as legal, tax, accounting, securities, or financial adviser through this platform.
